This is a great picture of some raspberry lemonade Kombucha that I made recently and I thought this red clover and pink knockout rose complimented the color.
As you can see I have only bottled 1/2 of my brew this will allow me to do what is called continuous brew on my primary vessel only bottle what I Will drink in the next week
Tonight I also took half my kombucha for bottling and the remaining is to be mixed with new sweet tea. I brewed my tea in my coffee pot and I will let my 8 tea Bags shout in it over night. I will as one cup of sugar in the morning and then pour it in top of my kombucha brew vessel
Here is a recent kombucha I made with sorghum and ginger it turn out magnificent! All I did was add 1/2 teaspoon of raw sugar and 3 tbsp of sorghum and 1/2 tbsp of ginger it was all added directly to the bottle as I added the kombucha. I shake my bottles very good and burp them every other day

I almost forget I also added 1/2 tsp of butterscotch to each jar
